How do I place an order?
Store-Your-Face accepts orders through our retail website.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept 3 different payment methods -
- Payment by credit card/debit card
- Payment by Bitcoin
- Payment with PayPal
I did not receive a confirmation email. Has my online order been processed?
If you did not receive your confirmation email immediately after you placed your online order, it's possible that your order wasn't completed properly.
Unfortunately, some of StoreYourFace.com's notification emails are sometimes filtered as spam by some email providers. Please check your spam folder for your confirmation email.
When will my order be processed?
Usually, it takes 1 business day. But sometimes it can take up to 4 days until we start to process your order. We appreciate your patience!
When will I receive my order?
It depends on the product. Please read more about it on the Shipping Info page.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock after I made an order?
In this case, we'll let you know and ask if you'd like to wait until the product returns, or if you'd rather receive a refund.
Can I get a catalog of your products?
Yes! Please send us an email with this request.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
Sorry, but we are an online store only.
I want to sell your products, is it possible?
Yes, we can sell you massive quantities at special prices. Please contact us for more information.
There is a shirt I am very interested in it, but it does not have my size, can I request for it to be available in my size?
You are welcome to ask us, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to produce it for you.
I want to buy a shirt, but I want to make some changes to it. Can I custom order a shirt?
Sorry, but Liquid Blue can only sell merchandise they have in stock 'as is.' We do not offer custom printing for individual shirts.
However, Liquid Blue offers custom print services for orders of 500 shirts or more. For information and pricing on print services, feel free to contact them.
I am an artist interested in working for StoreYourFace. Can you put my artwork on a t-shirt?
We are always looking for new artistic talent. You are welcome to send a link to your online portfolio by email (Info@storeYourFace.com) for consideration.
I have a product that I think StoreYourFace should sell. How do I submit my product for review?
